If you are a member of more than one club you can still link your BTM record to all your clubs.

This is especially important if you play matches.

Log in to the LTA website https://www2.lta.org.uk – select manage My Account – then My Tennis Venue(s) then add a club by selecting it from the dropdown list. 

It is possible to check the status of your Wimbledon opt-in online if you follow these steps:

• login to the LTA website using your username and password
• click on the tab Manage Account
• under the My Details list click on Subscriptions
• on the lower half of the Subscriptions page you will see **Wimbledon Opt-In" and there will be a tick in the box at the bottom if you are opted-in (or the box can be ticked to opt yourself in).

Thanks for being a member in 2014, now is the time to start thinking about renewal; your current membership runs out on April 1st.

To benefit from the "prompt payer" rates please pay by 30th April; electronic payment is preferred, as it really helps the treasurer to cut down on admin.

Cheques/cash are accepted, but need to be presented much earlier in order to meet the deadline.

Please note that the key access code will change on 1st May and will only be available to current members. 

We have been allocated the following pairs of tickets (including extra centre court tickets from Notts LTA):

Centre Court     Tuesday 7th July    £196 per pair (2 pairs)

Court 1              Wednesday 8th July

Ballot will occur on Tuesday April 21st on club night

To be eligible for the ballot you must have a BTM number, be opted in to the ballot (via BTM) be affiliated to our club (via BTM) and be a paid up club member for 2015.

Please do NOT contact the club regarding BTM queries you must deal directly with the LTA.

Be aware that 2015 BTM opt in for the wimbledon ballot may have closed, we have no power to change this.

The club will send out a list of club members who are eligible for the draw nearer the time.

Notts LTA tickets will be dealt with totally separately.

Winners need to send Rosie Watkins their name, BTM number and phone number and a cheque for the full amount, payable to ‘Notts LTA’ by 1st of May at the latest.
